VcardWave is a technology service provider and does not guarantee the success, sales, leads, customer acquisition, search-engine ranking, or business results generated through use of the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you to use paid Services.

By using VcardWave, you confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate and current.
• You have the authority to create and manage the account.
• You have the right to publish any content you upload.
• You will comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• You will not use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

Features may differ between plans and may be changed, added, or removed over time.

5. User Content

“User Content” means information, text, images, videos, logos, documents, links, product information, business information, and other material that you upload, submit, publish, or display through VcardWave.

You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the rights necessary for VcardWave to provide the Services.

By uploading or publishing User Content, you grant VcardWave a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, transmit, and technically modify that content as reasonably necessary to provide and operate the Services.

This license does not give VcardWave ownership of your User Content.

6. Your Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for your User Content.

25. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The Services will be error-free.
• The Services will generate business results.
• Your profile will rank in search engines.
• Your profile will generate leads or sales.
• Your QR code will always work with every device or application.
• Third-party integrations will remain available.
• Information displayed through the Services will always be accurate or complete.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

26. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VcardWave and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.
